I am Pregnant and having a Boy in October. We are really excited and hoping that we can make it through the hot hot hot part of Vegas Summer. Nothing a little pool action can't fix, right?
I would put an ultrasound picture on here but if you are like me, you can't really see anything anyway.
Addy is pretty funny about the whole baby thing. She told me that she ate the baby and it was all gone. She also had Mo (her monkey) with her at the ultrasound and she held him up on her shoulder patting him on the back. When the Dr. said it was a boy she patted even harder and said "it's ok Mo mo."
She looked at my belly the other day and said "Mom, I can see that baby today."
Addy said to me "Mom, is that baby STILL in there? It is never coming out!"
Yeah I feel the same way sometimes Addy!
She thinks that my belly button is a portal to the baby and at any given time will lift up my shirt, shove her finger in there and say " I got you baby."
I think that she will be a good big sister...once she realizes that she is not the only one in the family anymore...so we have a long time to wait for that!

Congratulations! We had our first baby boy in October too! That month just gets more and more busy! I hope you survive the heat. I can empathize with you! I have been pregnant in the summer 4 times (5 if you count Makena) and it SUCKS!!!
GOOOO EVIE! Congrats to you and your family! Aren't you just excited and a little confused on how you're going to switch into boy mode? Addy is too cute. "It's ok Mo..." hehe. Just wait. Lily walks around all day telling me her back is hurting and she is too tired to clean the house because of her baby brother. She also daily takes an ultrasound of her tummy to show me what is in there.
Congrats!!! I love having boys but I'm biased! Addy will be great with him, she'll be like his little mom. So happy for you.
Yay! Eve that is great news! I'm sure Wes is looking forward to having another "man" around to enjoy his obession with college bkb. Hope you guys are doing well.

So I'm a little behind. Congratulations on the baby on the way...and the van-you'll love it just tell yourself that enough and before you know it you will truly be in love with it if you aren't already. Are you going to Utah in September for the celebration for Grandma and Grandpa? We will be there barring no blizzards to drive through.
